报告人简介:
Professor Vladimir Mazalov, is a Research Director at Institute of Applied Mathematical Research, Karelia Research Center of Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Mazalov received Master degree in Applied Mathematics from St. Petersburg State University (1976), Ph.D. degree in Mathematical Cybernetics from St. Petersburg State University (1981) and Habilitation (Doctor of Science) from St. Petersburg State University (1991).  He has mainly worked in research projects funded by the Russian Academy of Sciences, in 1980–98 in the Chita Institute of Natural Recourses, East Siberia and, currently, in the Institute of Applied Mathematical Research, Karelia Research Center of Russian Academy of Sciences. He is the research director of the Institute and the professor of the probability theory department of Petrozavodsk State University. He is a current President of the international Society of Dynamic Games and Russian Operations Research Society. His main research interests are cooperative game theory, networking games, behavioral game theory and operations research. His publications in these areas have significant impact as witnessed by 2186 citations and h-index 20 (measured with Google Scholar). Dr. Mazalov applies the above mentioned theoretical tools to the modelling and control of networks, transportation models and behavioral ecology. He is an associate editor of Applied Mathematics and Computations, Mathematics, International Game Theory Review, Scientiae Mathematicae Japonicae, Journal of the Operations Research Society of China, Operations Research and Decisions, Journal of Dynamics & Games, Вестник Санкт-Петербургского университета. Прикладная математика. Информатика. Процессы управления and Book series: Frontiers of Dynamic Games, Birkhauser. Dr. Mazalov has participated to more than 30 technical program committees for internationally known conferences and workshops. He has successfully supervised and co-supervised 24 doctoral students now working in either academic institutions or research intensive industrial companies. Dr. Mazalov also has the following two administrative responsibilities: he coordinates, verifies, and approves the yearly activity reports of all teams at Institute of Applied Mathematical Research; he participates in the committee for evaluation of applications of Master and Doctoral thesis at Petrozavodsk and St. Petersburg State Universities.

报告内容简介:
We consider the stability of coalition partitions in dynamic games, specifically introducing a concept of dynamically stable Nash coalition partition for dynamic games. We focus on a Nash equilibrium where coalitions act as unified players and discuss dynamic stability, where players have no incentive to switch coalitions. A case study on “fish wars” illustrates conditions under which dynamic stability occurs, utilizing a time-consistent imputation distribution procedure to allocate payoffs along optimal trajectories.
Also we investigate the dynamics of coalition stability in pollution control games that are built on networks. At first, the research presents the model and clearly identifies optimal strategies for players in various coalition forms. In order to evaluate the dynamic stability of these coalitions, the system additionally calculates the time-consistent Imputation Distribution Procedure (IDP) for players belonging to different coalitions. We present a novel idea of dynamically Nash stable coalition partitions, which is defined using the IDP, in contrast to the traditional definition. By accurately identifying the IDP as specified, we may attain dynamically Nash stable coalition partitions in the simulation results.
